Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management (Soft services)
• Swedish and English
• Ability to undergo security clearance according to current regulations (which may include a passed drug test and citizenship requirements)

Meritorious:

• Driving license B

As an FM Supervisor, you will be a key person in the management organization. You ensure that our suppliers deliver the right quality every day and are close to operations to capture needs and follow up that everything works as it should. You will, among other things:

• follow up daily operations through weekly reviews
• conduct spot checks, document deviations, and handle error reports
• conduct site visits focusing on work environment and regulatory requirements
• be the operational contact person for the business
• manage cases and work orders in the business system
• follow up costs and ensure correct handling of orders
